How we work

From intake folder to finished Lebenslauf

A clear sequence so you know what to send, when you will hear from us, and what “done” looks like for CV, letter, and profile work.

01

Brief and materials

You share current documents, target roles, and two or three job postings. We confirm language (English, German, or bilingual), timeline, and which consultation you are commissioning.

02

Positioning conversation

A focused call clarifies the story German employers should take away: level, industry fit, relocation context, and any gaps that need a clean explanation on paper.

03

Draft delivery

You receive rewritten materials with comments on choices that affect screening — title mapping, education order, photo guidance, or profile headline options.

04

One structured revision

You return written feedback once. We adjust facts, emphasis, and wording so the final file matches how you want to present yourself.

05

Handover and next steps

Final DOCX/PDF or profile copy lands with a short maintenance note. If interviews are already scheduled, we can book a separate rehearsal session.

Where this leads

Most clients begin with the German CV rewrite. Letters and Xing/LinkedIn positioning follow when a vacancy or recruiter outreach needs them.
