Why this practice exists
Many strong candidates lose weeks to applications that look unfinished to German recruiters: creative CV layouts that hide dates, cover letters that repeat the Lebenslauf, or Xing profiles whose headlines point at the wrong level. We started this consultancy to fix those materials with careful editing — not to sell a platform.
How we work with clients
Engagements are document-led and conversational. You keep ownership of every file and account. We ask for real vacancies, push back on vague self-descriptions, and write in plain professional language — English for international teams, German when the employer expects it.
