Refunds and cancellations
This policy applies to consulting engagements described on this site — document work and preparation sessions, not physical products.
Eligibility
Refunds depend on whether paid work has started and which consultation you booked. Fees quoted for Lebenslauf rewrites, Anschreiben drafting, Xing/LinkedIn positioning, and interview preparation follow the rules below.
Timeframe to request
Contact us at info@securenetinfra.digital within 14 days of payment if you wish to cancel before substantive drafting or a session begins. Include your name, the consultation booked, and the payment reference.
Full refund
A full refund is available when you cancel before we begin intake review of your documents or before an interview session starts, and no fee note work product has been delivered.
Partial refund
If drafting has started but no final handover has occurred, we may offer a partial refund minus time already spent on intake, calls, and draft preparation, documented in writing. Once final files or profile copy are delivered and the included revision round is complete, the engagement is considered fulfilled.
Non-refundable items
- Completed revision rounds already delivered
- Interview sessions that took place as scheduled
- Rush premiums after rush work has begun
Deposits
When a deposit is requested to reserve a start date, it is applied to the final fee. Deposits become non-refundable once the positioning call has occurred or drafting has started, whichever comes first.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule an interview preparation session once with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Later cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session fee. Document consultations may be paused by mutual agreement; extended pauses beyond 60 days may require a new fee note.
Work already started
Materials we have already drafted remain subject to our terms of use. If a partial refund is issued, unused future work stops; delivered drafts stay available for your personal use unless otherwise agreed.
Purchased materials
We do not sell physical kits or stock merchandise. Digital handover files are part of the consulting fee, not a separate product catalogue.
Refund process and timing
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add several days beyond our transfer.
